ITP患者血小板特异性自身抗体的检测及意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的检测特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)与非ITP患者血浆及血小板膜上糖蛋白特异性自身抗体,评价其应用价值。方法应用PAKAUTO试剂盒分别检测20例ITP和31例非ITP患者血小板特异性自身抗体。结果 ITP组血小板特异性自身抗体阳性率为55.0%,显著高于非ITP组的6.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血小板自身抗体检测在ITP的诊断中有较大的应用价值。
