摘要
介绍了传统网络和ＢＡＮＴ网络关于虚元素问题的研究并揭示了传统网络关于虚元素构图存在的问题．在此基础上．本文论证了虚元素问题是网络计划技术的一个基础理论问题，并指出：ＢＡＮＴ网络建立了该基础理论即虚元素基础理论．
In this paper, we firstly summerize the researches on the dummy activity of A on A, A on N and BANT, point out the problem in the drawing for the dummy activity of A on A and A on N. Then we point out that the dummy activity, as a fundamental theory in network planning techniques, was presented in network planning techniques.
