摘要
西方的菲德勒权变理论与中国儒家传统文化中的"通权达变"的思想为社会的各类管理活动提供了坚实的理论依据和明确的方法指向。鉴于此,文章以权变思想为视角,在分析提升领导科学发展能力困境的基础上,从理论思维、优化领导选才用人、强化领导的学习力方面探讨提升领导科学发展能力的路径。
Fiedler's contingency theory of western and thinking of "changes his mind" of Chinese Confucian traditional culture provide us a solid theoretical basis and introduce a clear way for social activities of management.From the perspective of contingency thinking,the article explored the paths of improving a leadership capacity including theoretical thinking,optimum selection for talent,and strengthening the learning ability.
