摘要 从碎矿、磨矿、筛分分级、选别和尾矿处理等方面分析了贫细金属矿石资源开发关键技术的现状,指出了加大大型贫细金属矿石资源开发的技术瓶颈主要表现在"多碎少磨"理念落实不充分、细磨技术应用滞后、分级尤其是细粒分级效率低下等方面。针对上述问题,重点介绍了实现"多碎少磨"的关键设备——高压辊磨机及其典型工艺配置,分析了各种典型工艺的适用条件、特点与应用;塔磨机作为当前最先进的细磨关键设备进行了介绍,突出强调了塔磨机的节能和减少过磨特性;并对AFX复式流化分级机的广泛适用性和高效性进行了介绍。这三项关键技术的推广应用有利于提升我国大型贫细金属矿石资源开发力度和效益。 The current situation of key technology of poor and fine metal ore resources development is analyzed from aspects of ore crushing、grinding、classification by screening、grading and tailing disposal,etc.,technical bottleneck of increase resources development of large metal ore which is poor and fine are pointed,mainly show at "more crushing and less grinding" concept implementation inadequate、lag application of fine grinding technology、low efficiency of classification and especially fine classification,etc..Aim at above-mentioned problems,the key equipment of realize "more crushing and less grinding" are introduced as the focal point—— high pressure roller mill and its typical processing configuration,the applicable condition、characteristic and application of various kinds of typical technologies are analyzed;as the most advanced fine grinding key equipment at present tower mill is introduced,characteristics of energy saving and reduce over mill of tower mill is emphasized;general applicability and high effectiveness of AFX compound fluidized-bed classifier are introduced.Popularization and application of these three key technologies are helpful to promote kynamics and benefit of China large poor and fine metal ore resources development.
