摘要
目的观察在西医综合治疗基础上加用冠脉宁片合黄芪注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将104例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组均应用溶栓、扩冠、吸氧、镇痛镇静等西医综合治疗,治疗组加用冠脉宁片、黄芪注射液,治疗2周后比较临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者在西医综合治疗基础上加用冠脉宁片合黄芪注射液疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Guanmaining tablets and astragalus injection on. Methods：104 patients,with thrombolysis,coronary expansion,oxygen,analgesia and sedation drugs,were divided randomly into the test group and the control group. The test group were used the Guanmaining Tablets and the astragalus injection. Results：The clinical effect of the test group was significantly higher than that of control group The treatment duration was also obviously shortened without apparent side-effects. Conclusion：It is a satisfactory result in treating the unstable angina pectoris of the Guanmaining Tablets and the astragalus injection.
