摘要
目前医患危机已成为社会共识,而医患危机产生的根本原因是医患信任危机。在当今社会,医患之间信任关系的产生主要依赖于制度信任。本文主要从制度分析的角度来探讨我国医疗管理制度的现状,分析当前医患之间集体不信任现象的产生根源,并有针对性地提出若干改善医疗秩序、重建医患信任的建议措施。
The broken relationship between doctors and patients has evoked public consensus at present. This manuscript argues that the broken relationship is originated from a lack of trust between each other. In the current society, the emergence of trust between patients and doctors largely depends on the public confidence in rules and regulations. Thus, this study focuses on the current national healthcare system and its institutions, pinpoints the cause of a collective distrust between doctors and patients, and proposes resolutions for improving the healthcare system and reestablishing the trust between doctors and patients.
