摘要
目的了解万州区存在或可能存在职业病危害因素企业的职业卫生现状,为更有效地开展职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法以全区的存在或可能存在职业病危害因素的企业为调查对象,用统一现状调查表格的内容进行调查。结果全区有职业危害单位124家,接触人数3364人。职业危害作业点422个,开展职业危害监测的单位44个。应体检3364人,实际体检1671人,体检率49.67%。124个单位中设有职业病防治机构26个,建立制度的有52个。结论在落后地区开展职业病防治工作应坚持依法防治与依法促进相结合,抓住企业职业病防治存在的主要问题予以解决,同时做好企业法人培训工作,建立多部门协调机制、加强企业自身监督管理机制并将职业卫生服务纳入城乡初级卫生保健体系。
[Objective]To understand the occupational health status of enterprises with existing or potential occupational hazards,and provide scientific evidence for effective implementation of occupational disease prevention. [Methods]The enterprises with existing or potential occupational hazards were recruited as study objects and investigated by unified status questionnaire.[Results]In Wanzhou district,there were 124 enterprises with occupational hazards,3364 people with exposure,422 operation posts with occupational hazards,44 units conducting occupational hazards detection,3364 people needing physical examination and 1671 having received it,with examination rate of 47.67%. There were 26 enterprises with occupational disease prevention organizations and 52 with occupational health system in a total of 124 enterprises.[Conclusion]Prevention of occupational diseases in backward areas should adhere to the unification of prevention and promotion based on law. The main problem of occupational diseases control in enterprise should be solved. While it is necessary to perform well on enterprise legal person training,to establish multi-sector coordination mechanism,to strengthen the enterprise＇s own supervision and management mechanism,and to put the occupational health services into rural and urban primary health care system.
