摘要
目的探讨胫骨远端内侧钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法 60例胫骨远端骨折患者,采用胫骨远端内侧钢板固定治疗,术后早期功能锻炼。结果 58例获得随访,时间6～36个月。骨折愈合时间3～17个月。参照Tormetta评分标准评定:优38例,良15例,可3例,差2例,优良率为91.4%。结论胫骨远端内侧钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折,手术效果满意,术后早期循序渐进功能锻炼,患肢功能恢复理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of medial distal tibial plate in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Methods 60 cases of distal tibial fractures were undergone distal medial tibial plate fixation,and regular early rehabilitation was trained.Results 58cases were followed up for 6～36 months.Fractures got union in 3～17 months.According to the criteria of Tormetta,there are 38 excellent,15 good,3 fair and 2 poor.The excellent and good rate was 91.4%.Conclusions The medial distal tibial plate combined by earty rehabilitation is effective in the treatment of distal tibial fractures with ideal restoration of limb function.
