摘要
本文分析了轮胎与路面的接触特点,将汽车承载系统简化为二自由度垂直振动系统,建立了同时考虑轮胎几何滤波效应与弹性滤波效应的弹性滚子接触模型。基于刚性滚子模型和弹性滚子模型,仿真出滚子包容后的有效路形。以滚子接触模型(特别是弹性滚子接触模型)计算出的有效路形作为整车垂直振动的路面输入,整车垂直振动的仿真结果与试验结果相吻合。轮胎包容特性模型可用于汽车振动分析与动态载荷分析。
In the paper, the contact characteristics between tire and road are analyzed. The vehicle loading system is simplified as a two DOFs vibration system. A flexible roller contact model is presented, which takes the geometric filtering effect and flexible filtering effect into account. The simulations of effective input are carried out based on the rigid and the flexible roller contact models. Simulation results of a vehicle vibration system with roller contact models (especially flexible roller contact moldel) show their good agreement with experimental data. The established model can be applied to the analysis of vibration and dynamic load of vehicles.
