摘要
研究了不同体积百分数混杂纤维增强材料对汽车摩擦材料的摩擦、磨损性能及硬度、冲击强度和三点弯曲性能指标的影响。结果表明,摩擦材料的冲击强度、三点弯曲断裂强度及硬度随纤维量的增加而上升。混杂纤维的含量以体积百分数为10%为最佳,此时材料有较高的摩擦因数和较低的磨损量,但冲击强度、弯曲强度及硬度指标都能达到使用要求。
In this paper,the relationship between fiber content and friction
coefficient,wear ratio,compact stress,hardness is studied by D-MS,MM-100 etc.apparatus.It is
found that the compact stress,bending stress and hardness increase as the fiber content increase.
The friction coefficient,wear ratio greatly depend on the fiber content.When the volume ratio of fiber
content is 10%,the friction material has high and stable friction coefficient,low wear ratio and
acceptable compact stress and hardness.
