摘要
利用转子动力学对车削过程中的工件振动进行分析,通过建立工件的能量方程利用拉格朗日方程建立起振动方程,其中考虑切削过程中工件品质的变化和刚度效应。方程同时包含了切削过程中的各种参数,如切削深度、工件转速和刀具进给量。
This paper analyzes the chatter of workpiece in the turning process by rotor dynamics,establishes the oscillation equation by Lagrange equation using the energy equation of workpiece and takes mass change and stiffness effect into account.This equation also consists of turning depth,workpiece speed and amount of feed.
