狐貉源犬瘟热病毒F蛋白基因的二级结构及其B细胞抗原表位预测 被引量:9

摘要 以犬瘟热病毒基因组序列为材料,采用Garnier-Robson、Chou-Farsman和Karplus-Schultz方法预测了其结构蛋白的二级结构,用Kyte-Doolittle方法对结构蛋白的亲水性进行了分析,用Emini方法预测了结构蛋白的表面可及性,以Jameson-Wolf方法预测了蛋白的抗原指数,综合评价了犬瘟热病毒F蛋白的B细胞抗原表位。结果表明:F蛋白N端含有抗原指数较高的区域,提示可能含有潜在的B细胞优势抗原表位。 To predict the secondary structure and B cell epitopes for cap protein of CDV,the secondary structure of cap protein was predicted by the methods of Garnier-Robson,Chou-Fasman and Karplus-Schplus based on CDV genome,and hydrophilicity,surface polarity plot and antigenic index were obtained by the methods of Kyte-Doolittle,Emini and Jameson-wolf respectively,combining the results according to these methods,the B cell epitopes for cap protein of CDV were predicted.The results showed that cap protein of CDV might be the predominant epitopes of the B cell.
