摘要
以4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)为原料,采用溶液缩聚法合成了分子量较高的并可以作为炭分子筛膜前驱体的聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液。采用特性黏度及红外光谱等表征手段对产物进行分析表征,讨论了单体摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对聚酰胺酸特性黏度的影响,确定了合成PAA的最佳工艺条件。
A high molecular weight of polyamic acid(PAA) which will be used as a precusor of carbon molecular sieve membrane was synthesized,from 4,4'-diamino diphenyl(ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) by solution polycondensation.The chemical structure was analyzed by FTIR and intrinsic viscosity.Studies were concentrated on the effects of the reaction conditions,such as monomer molar ratio,reaction time,temperature and etc,on the intrinsic viscosity of PAA.The optimum process conditions for synthesis were determined.
