摘要
介绍了C6132A型车床尾座长期使用磨损降低后的修理方案。通过对加工产品中出现的质量问题的分析和检测,制定了维修方案,经过强度计算与成本分析验证了修理方案的合理性、实用性、经济性。
The repair scheme for the tail seat abrasion which being used after long term in C6132A model lathe is introduced in this paper.Through the analysis and testing on the quality of productions,the tail seat abrasion is the main reason that produces the bad product,and then the repair plan is made for that.After the intension calculation and the cost analysis,the plan is proved being reasonable,practical,and economic.
