摘要
目的：分析肾细胞癌的CT表现，探讨其诊断，分期及鉴别诊断。方法：对21例手术病理证实的肾癌行常规平扫及静脉团注法增强CT，观察CT征象并分期。结果：典型肾癌表现为肾实质内软组织密度肿块影，平扫为以低密度为主的混合密度，增强后病灶实质及边缘呈一过性强化。根据Robson分法，将肾癌分为四期。结论：根据肾癌的CT表现，大部分肾癌可准确定性及分期。
objective:To analysis the CT features of renal carcinoma,to discuss diagnosis,differential diagnosis and staging.Methods: 21 cases of renal carcinoma comfirmed by surgical and pathological,aIl patients were examined by nonenhanced and contrast enhanced CT scan. To observe the CT features and staging of renal carcionoma. Results:the typical of renal carcinoma was soft tissue tumor,there were mixed density,and mainly the low density. but on contrast .there were temporary enhancement in tumor and it's edge. The renal carcinoma was divided into four stage by Robson. Conclusion:according to the CT features of renal carcinoma,most of them could be staged and made quality accuracy.
