摘要
建立区域性三级转诊系统是降低新生儿病死率的重要环节,具备急救技术和训练有素的主动转运方式可使危重儿在生命的最初阶段得到及时和序贯治疗,从而全面提高救治质量;早产儿尽早转运、重视转运前急救是转运成功的保证;提倡胎儿宫内转运,应用STABLE技术转运为新生儿救护提供担保。建立区域性的新生儿重症监护中心,对提高整个城市和地区的新生儿存活率是非常有益的。建立区域性危重新生儿转运系统是降低新生儿病死率、减少伤残及改善患儿预后的重要措施。
To establish a three-stage transport system is an important part of reducing neonatal mortality,and emergency technology and skillful active transport make it possible to fully improve the quality of treatment because critically ill neonates can be promptly and continuously treated in their initial stage of life. Especially,premature infants should be transported as early as possible and emergency treatment before transport should also be paid attention to. It is recommended that STABLE technology be used when intrauterine transport is committed. To esablish a reginal neonatal intensive care unit can benifit a whole city or region on its neonatal survival rate,and it is considered an important measure to reduce neonatal mortality and mobidity and to improve the prognosis in neonates.
