摘要
本文通过对高产高效矿井发展历程的回顾，更加明确了建设高产高效矿井是我国煤炭工业的发展趋势，总结了高产高效矿井的特点，提出了建设高产高效矿井的条件，同时强调安全生产是建设高产高效矿井永恒的主题，并提出了加强安全生产管理的五条建议。
The paper, by reviewing the development of coal mines with high production and high efficiency, states more clearly that constructing coal mines with high production and high efficiency is the trend in coal industry. It also summarizes the characteristics of coal mines with high production and high efficiency and puts forward the conditions of constructing coal mines with high production and high efficiency. It places emphasis on safety production and raises five suggestions on strengthening the safety management.
