摘要
目的观察痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗女性出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析PPH治疗的直肠前突以及合并直肠黏膜内脱垂的出口梗阻型便秘女性患者共36例,随访6～12个月。结果治愈26例,好转8例,治愈率72.2%,有效率94.4%。结论 PPH法操作简便,创伤小,对治疗女性出口梗阻型便秘安全有效,远期效果有待进一步观察。
Objective To evaluate the effect of PPH on outlet obstructive constipation （OOC）of female patients. Method The 36 patients with OOC subjected to PPH were reviewed. All the patients were followed up for 6-12 months. Result Among 36 cases 26 were cured well, 8 improved. Curative rate was 72.2% and effective rate was 94.4%. Conclusion The effect of PPH on OOC patients is safe, simple and effective. Long-term results remain further observation.
