摘要
对石油焦燃料的热解、着火、燃烧和结渣等方面的燃料特性及污染特性进行综述,并结合美国NISCO公司100%烧石油焦循环床锅炉的运行经验,阐述了石油焦作为热电站替代燃料的可行性,同时介绍了华中理工大学煤燃烧国家重点实验室的循环流化床的特点,说明石油焦循环床燃烧技术的可能性。对燃烧石油焦的研究方向提出建议,为烧石油焦的循环床锅炉的设计和运行提供理论依据。
The feasibility of treating petroleum coke as a secondary fuel in thermal power plants is illustrated on the basis of summarizing the pyrolysis, combustion features such as ignition, agglomeration and slagging, etc., and pollution characteristics as well, combining with the operation experience of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion boiler of burning 100% petroleum coke in NISCO Corporation. At the same time, the feasibility of burning petroleum coke in CFB boiler and the characteristics of CFB boiler developed by National Lab of Coal Combustion in Huazhong University of Science and Technology are illustrated. The research direction on burning petroleum coke is proposed, which may provide theoretic evidence for designing and operating CFB boiler.
