摘要
简述反渗透浓水回用生产工艺及其独特的设计理念。对洛阳分公司50t/h及渗透浓水回用装置在运行过程中出现的保安过滤器滤芯污堵过快、Ⅰ段、Ⅱ段同时结垢,且结垢速率过快等问题进行了分析,并提出解决措施。
This paper gives a brief introduction to reusing production technology of condensed water from reserve osmosis and its unique design philosophy.It analyzes the problems appearing in the running process of such unit which cover the quick fouling of filter core in the security filter,simultaneous scale deposit of segment I and segment II and the fast scaling rate.And corresponding solutions are put forward.
