摘要
参考欧洲和日本盾构隧道装配式衬砌快速连接件的研究和应用情况,对环缝插入式快速连接件的安装和承载机理进行了分析,提出了连接件极限承载力公式,并在此基础上对环缝连接件的预紧力的形成过程进行了探讨,对连接件的容差能力的提高提出了对策。分析表明,环缝插入式快速连接件的安装过程和承载性能科学可靠,连接件的尺寸、材料、摩擦面特性及承载方式是影响连接件抗拉承载能力的主要因素;借助于盾构千斤顶的反推力以及环缝受压衬垫的弹性,可以实现接头面预紧力的施加,但预紧力的大小难以精确量化。
Referring to the application and research about quick-joint connecter of tunnel lining segment's circumferential joint,which have been done in Europe and Japan,a mechanism analysis of connecter's installation and load-bearing capacity was carried out,formulas for ultimate bearing capacity of joints were proposed.Then the general procedure of pre-tightening the connecter was discussed,and countermeasures to enhance the connecter's tolerance ability were proposed.Analysis showed that the installation of the connecter and segment is reasonable and the connecter's load-bearing capacity is reliable.The size,materials,friction surface characteristics and way of bearing load are key factors that affect the connecter's tensile capacity;with the help of both pressure of shield jack and the flexibility of the pad between segments,pre-tightening force for joint can be applied,but it's hard to get the accurate value by theoretical calculation.
