摘要
以乙酸乙酯为分散介质,在回流状态下,利用偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在不加任何稳定剂且无搅拌的情况下,制备了聚(丙烯腈-苯乙烯)微球。用透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、X-射线衍射仪、激光粒度分析仪等对共聚物微球进行了表征。结果表明,苯乙烯的加入削弱了丙烯腈的结晶完整性,从而使聚合物的熔点呈现下降的趋势;随着苯乙烯加入量的增加,微球的粒径有增长的趋势;在不同苯乙烯浓度下获得的共聚物微球粒径分散系数值均较小,即获得了单分散共聚物微球。
In the boiling medium,Poly(acrylonitrile-styrene) particles were prepared in ethyl acetate in the presence of azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator without adding any stabilizer and mechanic stirring.The obtained copolymer particles were characterized by using TEM,IR,XRD and LSPSDA.The results showed that the addition of styrene would weaken the integrity of the PAN' crystal.The particle size increased with the increase of styrene content.The smaller coefficient of variation was obtained in different styrene concentrations.In other words,monodisperse copolymer microspheres were prepared.
