描述了CSCW的概念,分析信息化系统中CSCW系统的作用及其功能模型和系统模型,最后从实际情况出发给出一个企业信息化系统中CSCW的系统框架。
This paper describes the concept of CSCW, analyzes the role of CSCW systems in information systems, the function model and system model of CSCW, at the last gives a CSCW system framework in enterprise information system from the actual situation.
