摘要
科技型中小企业是技术创新的主要载体,长期以来由于各种原因导致的企业融资难问题成为困扰我国科技型中小企业发展的瓶颈。从科技型中小企业自身的特点、企业间接融资的体制性障碍、多层次的资本市场发展缓慢和金融政策扶持机制较为缺乏四个方面对科技型中小企业融资难问题进行分析,最后提出解决问题的对策和途径。
Technology-based SMEs is the mainstay of technical innovation,but the financing difficulties which resulted from different causes have been the choke point of their developments.This essay raises some countermeasures to solve this problem through analyzing their characteristics,systematic obstacles among finance in different companies,slow development of multi-level capital market,and lacking of supporting mechanism of financial policies
