摘要
针对数控转塔冲床进给系统的发展现状以及存在问题,对数控转塔冲床进给系统中的横梁结构进行分析,明确了这类高速运动部件在受到运动加速载荷的工况下的结构位移,确定了以横梁动载荷为主要受力状态的分析条件,通过对分析对象的合理结构简化,制定了横梁在分析中的边界条件,并采用APDL语言将有限元模型参数化,分析结果为高速数控转塔冲床的进给机构的设计提供了科学计算的依据,改变了依靠类比设计的传统方法.计算表明,在横梁板厚减薄的情况下,这一关键部件同样可以满足机床的加工精度和运动要求.由此减轻了机床结构件的重量,降低了成本.
Based on the study of the feeding system of CNC turret punch press,the beam structure of a CNC turret punch press is taken as the research object.The displacement of this kind of high speed moving parts has been obtained under dynamic load with its computation condition.By the simplification of the beam,the definition of its boundary condition,and APDL language application,the parametric model are analyzed.Through the analysis of punch allowance,the design data for the servo-beam has been achieved with scientific method,which is totally different from the traditional analogy method in this industry.The research shows that the thin wall structure has almost no affect on the machine accuracy because the beam has enough rigidity in both X and Y and the weight of the machine tool can be further lightened to cut the product cost.
