摘要
外科治疗是胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）标准和主要的治疗手段，低中危的原发性GIST手术切除后5年生存率介于50％-80％。然而，单纯的外科治疗有时并不能到达根治的目的，特别是对于比较大的胃肠道间质瘤，往往超过半数的患者在手术后出现复发。
