摘要
在推动我国政治民主化、建设服务型政府的过程中,必须充分重视人民对权力的监督作用。根据《法兰西内战》中马克思关于人民监督权力的思想,重点阐述人民监督权力的客观性、内在性和现实性,即从基础上说明为什么权力必须接受人民的监督,并由此提出必须完善人民监督权力的权利。
In order to promote the process of democratic politics and build serving government,we should pay attention to the role of people＇s supervising right.Based on Marx＇s thought in French Civil War,this paper emphasizes that people＇s supervising right is objective、inherent and real so that government＇s power should be supervised by people.Hence,people＇s supervising right should be improved.
