摘要
HIV抗体检测技术是发现HIV感染者的常规实验室诊断技术。然而,抗体检测不能发现HIV感染至抗体阳转这一早期感染阶段,此阶段感染者体内会出现高病毒血症和高抗原血症,具有极强的传染性。因此,开展HIV早期感染检测具有极其重要的临床意义。现就HIV早期感染检测技术进展以及该技术在血液安全,HIV感染早期干预、治疗以及估计发病率中的应用情况作一综述。
HIV antibody test is routinely utilized in lab for dectection of HIV infection. However,it unable to detect HIV infection at early stage of infection before the seroconversion. Furthermore ,HIV can conduct a high level viremia and antigenemia in infected person＇s body and is extremely contagious in this period. Therefore,developing the diagnosis of recent infection has great clinical implications. Our goal is to review the progress on technique to detect HIV early infection and its application on blood safey,intervention of HIV early infection,AIDS treatment and testing for HIV incidence.
