摘要
在工程实际施工阶段,总承包商对所不熟知的指定分包商,如何进行管理与调控以保证工程质量、成本、进度的最优化,是工程总承包商所亟待解决的问题。探讨指定分包下施工管理存在的问题及对策。
During the construction stage of a project,it is a burning question for the general contractor to manage and regulate the subcontractor,so as to optimize the engineering quality,cost and progress.The problems and countermeasures of construction management under the nominated subcontraction are investigated.
