摘要
通过分析某厂600MW汽轮机高压加热器近年来的运行状况及其发生故障的原因,提出了相应的技术改造措施。高压加热器停运和无水位运行时的经济性分析,提出高压加热器能否正常运行,对机组经济性和安全性具有十分重大的意义。
Through Analyzing the high-pressured heater＇s movement condition and the breakdown reason on 600MW steam turbine in recent years, this paper proposes the corresponding technological transformations measure. Economy analysis is carried on when high-pressured heater with the non-water level movement are out of service. It also proposes that the high-pressured heater whether normal operation, did have the very significant significance to the unit efficiency and the security.
