摘要
为了满足机电引信高作用可靠性的要求,对弹底擦地炸惯性发火机构进行了结构设计;在对机构闭合响应时间计算的基础上,通过和头部触发机构的对比,分析了引信通过3mm胶合板的钝感度和靶后对地灵敏度,并进行了离心试验和擦地炸性能试验验证,表明引信擦地炸作用率不小于90%,设计符合要求。
The structure of grazing explosion inertial firing device installed at the base was designed to meet the requirement of high reliability of electromechanical fuse. The insensitivity of penetrating through 3 mm plywood and direct-to-ground sensitivity after shooting were analyzed by comparing with head-contact firing device on the basis of the calculation of closing response time of mechanism, the centrifugal test and grazing explosion performance test were also verified, which indicates that action rate of grazing explosion is not less than 90% and meets the design requirements.
