摘要
成年雄性新西兰兔分别用普通饲料、高胆固醇饲料、高胆固醇与L-精氨酸混合饲料饲养10周,结果高胆固醇组血中MDA、动脉条中丙二醛/蛋白MDA/pro、TxB2的含量明显高于普通饲料组(P<0.01),血中cGMP的含量明显低于普通饲料组(P<0.01),而混合饲料组上述指标与普通饲料组无明显差异,与高胆固醇组却有显著差异,表明外源性胆固醇可导致血中、动脉条中的自由基、TxB2水平明显增高,NO水平明显减低。补充外源性L-精氨酸可调节内源性NO的产生,对自由基、TxB2等有明显的拮抗作用。
Adult male New Zealand rabbits were divided into three groups:normal,Cholesterol and cholesterol+L arginine,it was 10 weeks after being fed.The result indicated that the levels of serum MDA、TxB 2 and artery stripe MDA/Pro in cholesterol group were significantly higher than those in normal group( P <0 01),and the level of serum cGMP was significantly lower than that in normal group( P <0 01),but there was no significant difference between the changs in cholesterol+L arginine and normal groups.There was significant difference between the changes is cholesterol+L arginine and cholesterol groups.The result shows that exogenous cholesterol can lead to the increase in the levels of serum、artery stripe free radical and decrease in serum NO、supplying exogenous L arginine can modulated the generation of endogenous NO,which has significant antagonism on free radical and TxB 2.
