摘要
太阳能干燥室配备了整体式和热管式两种集热器,且带石蜡储热,对干燥室的集热利用效率、室温、储热效果进行测试,并进行杨木太阳能干燥与大气干燥、常规窑干的对比试验。结果表明:整体式、热管式集热器的热利用效率分别为22.2%、62.4%;太阳能干燥比大气干燥的速度快,受天气影响小,比常规窑干节能70.9%。
To reduce wood drying energy consumption,the authors developed a solar drying kiln for drying wood.They fixed heat pipe and holistic collectors,and used paraffin to improve heat collecting and storing capacity.The kiln was used to dry a stack of poplar lumber and compared it with air and conventional kiln dried poplar lumber.The results showed that the heat utilization efficiency for holistic and heat pipe collectors were 22.2% and 62.4% respectively.The solar drying process had a faster drying speed and was less dependent on the weather.It was also noted that the solar drying process had about a 70.9% energy savings compared with conventional drying.
