摘要
在多次出现炉水泵电机运行温度高和解体检修的情况下,分析发生问题的主要原因是炉水泵电机腔内进入污物,采取在泵底加装排污管阀定期排污和在电机内循环冷却水系统中加装外置过滤器收集污物,并定期清洗过滤器等措施,效果良好。
After existing many times extra high operation temperature,the motor of water circulating pump was disassembled for maintenance.Dirt in furnace chamber is the main cause for the problem.Sewerage pipe velvets were added to the pump bottom for periodic blowdown and outside filters were installed in inner circulating cooling water system to collect dirt.Other measures such as periodic cleaning filters were also implemented and the results were positive.
