摘要
体育游戏是以健身、益智、提高人体运动技能为目的的运动游戏,其种类、形式多种多样,基本特征是大众性、普及性和娱乐性。创编和选择适用于体育教学的体育游戏原则是:内容和形式健康,并利于思想品德教育;有趣味性、有时代感、简单易行。在体育教学课的准备活动阶段、身体素质练习和技术技能教学阶段以及后期的整理活动阶段,均可创编和选用适宜的体育游戏(例举了多种体育游戏实例)来辅助完成教学,提高教学质量。
The purpose of sports games is to build body,improve people’s intelligence and the sports skill of human bodies.They can be of different kinds and their fundamental traits include popularity and recreation.The principles of creating and choosing sports games that apply to PE and teaching are that the content and the form are sound and beneficial to thoughts and quality education,they must be interesting,easy to perform and keep with the times.In the period of warm up exercises,such as physical quality practice,technique and skill teaching and reorganization,the teachers can create and choose proper sports games to assist in finishing teaching and improving teaching quality.
