摘要
研究了合金元素对球墨铸铁抗高温氧化性能的影响。结果表明:(1)抗高温氧化性最佳的耐热球墨铸铁模具材料的成分为:w(Si)5.0%、w(Mn)0.8%、w(Mo)0.5%、w(Cr)1.4%。Si、Mo、Cr元素的质量分数越高,抗氧化性越好,但Mn元素的质量分数应该适中。(2)Si对抗高温氧化性有重要影响,Mo的影响程度仅次于Si,Mn的影响最小,Cr的影响与Mn相近,但比Mn稍强。
The effects of alloy elements on hi-temperature oxidation-resistant properties were investigated. Results showed:a) The composition of heat-resistant nodular iron stamping mould materials having best hi-temperature oxidation resistance was as follows: w(Si)5.0%、w(Mn)0.8%、w(Mo)0.5%、w(Cr)1.4%, and the higher the mass fractions of Si, Mo, Cr, the better its oxidation resistance. b) Si showed important effect on the hi-temperature oxidation-resistance; the effect of Mo was secondonly to Si; the effect of Mn was the lowest; the effect of Cr was near to Mn, however some stronger than Mn.
