摘要
目的了解住院部临床护士职业暴露的危险因素,探讨职业暴露的防护措施。方法通过对2005年1月1日至2008年8月31日常见住院传染病病例及住院时间的统计和其它危险因素的分析,以采取相应的职业暴露防护措施。结果乙肝和菌痢的住院人数和住院时间减少,肺结核的住院人数及住院时间呈上升趋势,2007年以来艾滋病、手足口病等已有住院患者。临床护理人员接触患者时候多,自我防护意识和防护措施薄弱,护理工作繁忙、琐碎,容易发生职业暴露。结论临床护士职业暴露在医技人员中比例大,危险性高,护士在工作中如能通过提高自我防护意识,操作中严格按医疗护理程序进行,作好必要的防护措施,就完全能够避免和减少职业暴露对自身的伤害。我院管理者近年来给予医护人员很多人性化的关怀,重视医护人员职业暴露防护知识的培训,增加护士人力资源,投入使用具有防止针刺伤等职业暴露的医疗器材,采取有效的预防措施,使临床医护人员能在安全的环境中工作。
Objective To understand the risk factors of occupational exposure in clinical nurses of inpatient department,and to investigate the protective measures of occupational exposure.Methods By January 1,2005 to August 31,2008 common cases of infectious diseases and hospital length of stay and other statistical analysis of risk factors,takes the corresponding occupation exposition protective measure.Results The hepatitis B and bacillary dysentery in hospital population and in hospital time decay,pulmonary tuberculosis in hospital population and in hospital time assume the trend of escalation,since 2007 AIDS、HFMD and so on have been hospitalized.The clinical nursing staff more time to contact with self-protection consciousness and weak protective measures,care busy、trivial、prone to occupational exposure.Conclusion The clinical nurses occupational exposure in the medical technique personnel the proportion is big,high-risk,the nurse like can through raise the self-protection consciousness in the work,the operations strictly in accordance with health care procedures,to make the necessary protective measures,there is able to avoid and reduce the occupational exposure to the self-harm.My courtyard superintendent in recent years gave medical care personnel very many user friendly the concern,took the medical care personnel occupation exposition protection knowledge training,increased the nurse human resources,the operational has prevented the needle stabbed and so on the occupation exposition medical supplies,took the effective preventive measure,enabled the clinical medical care personnel to work in the safe and secure environment.My courtyard superintendent gave medical care personnel many user-friendly in recent years the concerns,took the medical care personnel occupation exposition protection knowledge training,increased nurse the human resources,was operational has prevents the needle to stab and so on occupation exposition medical supplies,took the effective preventive measure,enabled the clinical medical care pe
