摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗方案对葡萄膜炎患者血清IgG、IgA、IgE及C3的影响,以为其治疗提供依据。方法选取2008年12月至2009年12月于我院进行治疗的56例葡萄膜炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(中西医结合组)28例和B组(西医组)28例,于治疗前后将2组人员的血清IgG、IgA、IgE及C3水平进行统计,同时选取28名健康人为C组(对照组),检测其血清IgG、IgA、IgE及C3水平,将3组人员的检测结果进行统计及比较。结果经比较发现,治疗前A组与B组的血清IgG、IgE水平均高于C组,血清IgA、C3低于C组,治疗后B组明显高于A组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论中西医结合治疗方案对葡萄膜炎患者血清IgG、IgA、IgE及C3的影响较大,说明了其在葡萄膜炎治疗中的效果较好,值得进一步研究探讨。
Objective To study the influence of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for serum IgG,IgA,IgE and C3 in the patients with uveitis,in order to provide evidence for the treatment.Methods 56 cases patients with uveitis in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2009 were selected as research subject,and they were divided into group A（integrated traditional chinese and western medicine group）28 cases and group B（western medicine group）28 cases,and the levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgE and C3 of the two groups were tested before and after the treatment.At the same time,28 healthy peoples were selected as control group（group C）,and levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgE and C3 of the group C were tested too.Then the results of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results The levels of serum IgG,IgE of the group A and group B before the treatment were higher than those of group C,and the levels of serum IgA,and C3 were lower than those of group C,levels of serum IgG,IgE of the group A were higher than those of group B after the treatment,I0.05,all differences had statistical significance.Conclusion The influence of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for serum IgG,IgA,IgE and C3 in the patients with uveitis is bigger,it shows that the effects is good in the patients with uveitis,and it is worthy of further study.
