摘要
目的研究复方浙贝颗粒对阿霉素导致肿瘤动物模型小鼠心肝肾功能的影响。方法建立小鼠淋巴细胞、白血病细胞(P388)移植瘤模型后,将70只造模成功的昆明小鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、ADM常规剂量组、CZBG组、CZBG联合ADM大剂量组、CZBG联合ADM常规剂量组、CZBG联合ADM小剂量组、CZBG联合ADM极低剂量组,每组各10只小鼠。实验结束后处死小鼠,心脏采血并离心,提取上层血清,用全自动日立生化仪7080检测LDH、ALT、AST、Cr、BUN变化,以判定对心肝肾的影响。结果 (1)实验各组LDH、ALT、AST、Cr数值比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)实验各组BUN数值比较,生理盐水对照组分别与ADM常规剂量组、CZBG联合ADM大剂量组、CZBG联合ADM常规剂量组、CZBG联合ADM小剂量组、CZBG联合ADM极低剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CZBG组分别与CZBG联合ADM大剂量组、CZBG联合ADM常规剂量组、CZBG联合ADM小剂量组、CZBG联合ADM极低剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADM常规剂量组分别与CZBG联合ADM大剂量组、CZBG联合ADM常规剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CZBG没有明显舒缓ADM导致的肿瘤模型小鼠心、肝功能的损害效应,但与ADM联合应用在具有增敏提高ADM的肿瘤抑制率效应同时,不会增加ADM的毒性反应。
Objective To study the impact of compound zhe- bel granule(CZBG) on the tumor model mice's heart, liver and kidney functions which are caused by adriamycin. Methods After establishing the mouse lymphocytic leukemia cells (P388) xenografi tumor model, 70 modeled successfully Kunming mice are randomly divided into 7 groups : saline con- trol,conventional dose ADM,CZBG,CZBG Joint high -dose ADM ,CZBG Joint conventional dose ADM,CZBG Joint low - dose ADM,CZBG Joint very low - dose ADM, with 10 mice in each group. After the end of the experiment, killing mice, sampling the heart blood and eentrifugation, extracting the upper of serum, then detecting LDH,ALT,AST,Cr,BUN changes with Hitachi 7080 automatic biochemical analyzer to estimate the effect on the heart, liver and kidney. Results ( 1 ) Comparing the numerical value of LDH ,ALT ,AST ,Cr of each group, no statistical significance is found ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; ( 2 ) Comparing the BUN numerical value of each group, saline control group respectively compares with conventional dose ADM group ,CZBG Joint high - dose ADM group ,CZBG Joint conventional dose ADM group CZBG Joint low - dose ADM group ,CZBG Joint very low - dose ADM group, the differences are statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; CZBG group respectively compares with CZBG Joint high - dose ADM group ,CZBG Joint conventional dose ADM group ,CZBG Joint low - dose ADM group,CZBG Joint very low - dose ADM group, statistical significancas are found ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; conventional dose ADM group respectively compares with CZBG Joint high -dose ADM group ,CZBG Joint conventional dose ADM group, statistical signifleances are found (P 〈 0. 05 ). Condnsion ( 1 ) CZBG has no apparent ease effect on the damage of the tunmr model mice's heart,liver functions, the damage is caused by ADM, but CZBG can significantly relieve the damage of the tumor model mice's kidney function (BUN) , the damage is caused by the high -dose and conventional dose ADM.
