摘要 注塑模具设计、生产周期决定了塑料产品更新换代频率,为缩短产品开发周期和降低成本,CAE技术越来越多地运用在注塑成型模具设计中。以蓝牙耳机外壳为例,通过比较分析结果来确定制品注塑成型中浇口位置和数量,并对浇注系统进行优化。 It decides replacing frequency of injection products that mould design of injection molding has been designed and produced. In order to reduce the development cycle and cost of products, the CAE technology is being used more and more in mould design of injection molding. Taking a shell of Bluetooth earphones for example, the gate locations and numbers of plastic part in injection molding process are fixed on by comparing analysis results, and the runner systems are optimized.
