摘要
目的探讨高压氧治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征的疗效。方法对27例进行随机分组分为对照组12例,采用常规治疗,治疗组15例常规治疗加高压氧治疗。结果对照组总有效率75%,治疗组总有效率100%,2组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论高压氧加常规治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征,能改善临床,缩短病程,改善愈后。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect by Hyperbaric oxygen curing Guillian-barre syndrome。Methods 27 patients with GBS were randomly divided into two groups,The control group（12 cases）adopted routine treatment,and the treatment group with routine treatment and Hyperbaric oxygen.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75%,the treatment group was 100%,Their difference of efficiency were very remarkable（P0.05）,so it was also statistic value.Conclusion The method by Hyperbaric oxygen could ameliorate clinical symptom,shorten course of disease,improve prognosis.
