摘要
[目的]通过儿急诊科专科护士的设立,提升儿急诊科护理品质,提高护理质量。[方法]制定儿急诊科专科护士的标准,进行有计划地培训和考核。[结果]强化专业人员素质和工作能力,促进护理质量提高,同时为科室留住了护理人才。[结论]做好儿急诊科专科护士的培养,建立高素质、高能力护理团队,提升急救护理品质,提高急救护理水平,有利于儿科急救护理的持续发展。
Objective：Through setting up professional nurse for pediatric emergency,to improve the quality of nursing.Methods：To set up the standard for professional nurse of pediatric emergency,to carry out planned training and assessment.Results：To strengthen the professional staff＇s diathesis and work capacity can enhance the quality of nursing,and retain talent nursing staff for department.Conclusion：Well training for professional nurses of pediatric emergency,to establish high-quality,high-ability nursing staff team,to enhance the quality of emergency nursing and emergency nursing level are helpful for the sustainable development of emergency nursing.
