黄河三角洲石油污染土壤中微生物多样性与耐盐性初探 被引量:1

摘要 采用微生物多样性分析的传统方法,包括平板培养法、电镜方法和染色法等,对取自黄河三角洲石油污染的9个盐碱地土壤样品中的微生物群落进行了初步分析.实验结果表明,该地区石油污染的盐碱土中有丰富的细菌、真菌和放线菌资源,通过进一步的生理生化实验分析,大部分微生物表现出较强的耐盐性.该实验研究丰富了耐盐微生物资源,并为进一步分离耐盐解烃微生物提供了基础. By traditional method of microbial diversity,including plate cultivation method,microscopic method and staining method,9 oil-polluted saline soil samples,collected in Yellow River Delta,are analyzed.The results show that there are plenty of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in these soil samples.By further physiological and biochemical analysis,most microbes show salt-tolerant ability.This study enriches the salt-tolerant microorganism resource and provides a basis for isolating salt-tolerant oil-degrading microorganisms.
