摘要
汽车检测与维修专业人才培养方案改革要对汽车维修工作过程有全面的了解和分析,按照汽车维修工作过程实际需要来设计、组织和实施人才培养方案,突出工作过程在人才培养方案中的主线地位。通过探索和实践,构建了基于工作过程导向人才培养方案,更能贴近汽车维修企业需求,提高毕业生的就业竞争力。
A comprehensive knowledge and analysis of vehicle maintenance process is necessary in the development of vehicle examination and maintenance course structure.The course structure should be designed,organized and implemented according to the working process of vehicle maintenance,with the working process as the mainline.The course structure constructed on the working process will further meet the requirements of the enterprises and thus enhance the competition ability of the graduates.
