摘要
随着高校扩招政策的实施,近十年来,某些高等学校教学质量下降的现象引起社会的高度关注。本文从教师教学道德研究入手,分析了当前高校教师教学道德现状,进而提出完善教师教学道德的对策与建议,即重视教师专业教学能力的提高、加强对教师道德责任感的要求并鼓励践行、注重教师科学和人文素养的提升。
For the past ten years,with the implementation of university expanding enrollment policy,teaching quality has declined in higher education,arousing great concern of the society.The paper from the current situation of university teachers analyzes their teaching morals,and puts forward strategies and suggestions on how to improve the teaching morals,namely paying attention to improving teaching capabilities,strengthening the moral responsibility of teachers and encouraging them to practice it,and emphasizing teachers’literacy of science and humanities.
