摩托车发动机齿轮在工作过程中承受冲击、弯曲和扭转等变负荷,工况非常恶劣,使用过程中经常会出现噪声、齿面点蚀和断齿等问题,这些均与齿轮的材料和热处理密切相关。
Gears for motorcycle engine have to bear the variable loads of impact ,bending and torsion,and mal working conditions when operating. Also noise,pitting of tooth face, tooth breakdown,etc. always happen with the gears. And all these have close concern with the material and heat-treatment of the gear.
