冲压破裂稳固技术在水泥路面白改黑工程中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 水泥混凝土路面白改黑工程中反射裂缝是一个普遍存在并且难以解决的问题,通过对水泥路面加铺层反射裂缝的形成机理进行分析,并进一步说明解决水泥路面加铺层反射裂缝的原理,从而分析了冲压破裂稳固的作用机理,从理论上阐明了水泥混凝土路面白改黑加铺工程中采用冲压破裂稳固技术减缓加铺层反射裂缝的可行性。对冲压破裂稳固的施工工艺和质量控制指标等进行说明分析后,提出了水泥混凝土白改黑工程应将冲压破裂后的弯沉指标作为动态设计的依据的观点。通过对相关工程案例的介绍,进一步从实践上验证了冲压破裂稳固技术处理水泥路面白改黑工程加铺层反射裂缝的可行性,同时说明该方法是目前技术经济综合分析最优的方法。 Reflective cracking in the asphalt layer on rehabilitated Portland cement concrete pavement is a kind of very normal and difficult problem to be solved. The formation mechanism of the reflecting cracks and the method to solve the problem were analyzed, then the working mechanism of breaking and seating of Portland cement concrete slab with impact compactor was explained. On this basis, the application feasibility of impact compaction to reduce or delay the formation of reflective crack in the projects of overlaying old pavement with hot mixed asphalt premix was studied in theory. The operation procedure and the quality control method of breaking and seating with impact compactor were presented, and the viewpoint that the deflection after breaking and seating should be the design basis for the new pavement was made. At last, the feasibility of using impact compactor to break and seat old concrete slab was proved through the introduction of a relevant case. It is concluded that this technology is the best one from the point of cost-effectiveness analysis.
