摘要
2007年和2008年山东某鸡场相继暴发某疫病,为了确定病原和了解患病鸡死亡原因,分别对患病鸡进行了PCR检测、动物回归试验,并同时进行了病理学观察。结果表明,光镜下肝脏严重变性、坏死,肝细胞核内形成嗜酸性或嗜碱性核内包涵体的特征性病变。电镜下也观察到大量呈典型的晶格状排列的禽腺病毒粒子。说明鸡包涵体肝炎过程中,肝脏和肾脏的严重损伤所引起的代谢紊乱,可能是患鸡死亡的直接或间接原因。
The viruses of certain disease was isolated from a farm of Shandong province where the disease had been outbroken in the year of 2007and 2008.In order to determine the pathogen and know the causes of death in infected chickens,the PCR,animal regression testing and pathological research were carried out.The results showed that infected chickens not only had charateristic pathologic lesions such as serious degeneration,necrosis,formation of eosinophilic inclusion or basophilia inclusion bodies in hepatic cells,but its kidney was also seriously injured.In the same time,a large number of the typical lattice-like arrangement of avian adenovirus particles under the electron microscope.During the process of inclusion body hepatitis in chickens,liver and kidney damage,caused by the severe metabolic disorders,might be the direct or indirect causes of death in chickens.
