摘要 介绍了7种Ti,N,C含量不同的X70管线钢的理化特性,并通过CTOD试验、夏比冲击试验和Gleeble热模拟试验,分析了不同Ti,N,C含量对X70管线钢管环焊缝热影响区韧性的影响。最后指出,当Ti含量和Ti/N比都降低时,TiN粗大晶粒的数量将随之减少,焊缝热影响区韧性提高。 This paper introduces seven kinds of physicochemical properties of X70 pipeline steel based on different content of Ti,N,C.With the results of CTOD test,Charpy impact test and Gleeble thermal simulation test,it analyzed the influence of Ti,N,C with different content on Heat Affected Zone(HAZ) toughness of X70 pipeline steel circumferential weld.Finally,it pointed out that as the content of Ti and Ti/N ratio decrease,the amount of TiN coarse grain also decrease,and weld HAZ toughness increase.
