Numerical Simulation of Viscous Flow Around a Rowing Shell

摘要 利用计算流体力学商用软件FLUENT对一单人赛艇进行黏性绕流场数值模拟,得到不同航速下的艇体表面压力、黏性阻力及黏性阻力系数等流场特征值与试验结果吻合得较好;还计算出形状因子(1+K)与经验公式计算结果相符合.结果表明FLUENT软件能准确地预报赛艇黏性阻力、黏性阻力系数和形状因子等艇型设计所关心的水动力性能参数. The commercial computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT was used to simulate the viscous flow around a single rowing to gain a better understanding of the hydrodynamics of the rowing.The surface pressure,viscous resistance and viscous resistance coefficient at different velocity were obtained,which agreed well with the model tests.Also form factor got from the simulating agreed well with the result from empirical formula.It shows that FLUENT effectively predict the viscous resistance,viscous resistance coefficient,form factor and other hydrodynamics parameters,which are concerned in rowing design.
